1. Who we are
Hatch Your Agent, AGE, and related websites are operated by Genesis Labs (“Genesis Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide AI agent strategy, implementation, onboarding, workflow automation, and related consulting or productized services for businesses and operators.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By visiting our websites, submitting an intake form, booking a call, purchasing an offer, or using materials we provide, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
3. Services and deliverables
Specific services, deliverables, timelines, pricing, support windows, and payment terms are described in the applicable proposal, checkout page, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement. If there is a conflict between these terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
4. No guaranteed outcome
We work to improve operations, capacity, workflows, and implementation quality. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, profit, ranking, market result, lead volume, cost savings, trading result, regulatory outcome, or business outcome unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
5. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, necessary access, legal/compliance review of your own business materials, and final approval of any public-facing content or workflow before use. You remain responsible for how you operate your business and deploy any AI-assisted systems.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our websites, materials, or services to violate law, infringe third-party rights, misrepresent your identity, distribute malware, attack systems, scrape or abuse our services, or deploy automation in a way that violates applicable platform rules or laws.
7. AI-assisted outputs
Some work may involve AI-assisted research, drafting, coding, analysis, or automation. AI-assisted outputs can contain errors or require human review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before relying on them in regulated, financial, legal, medical, employment, or other high-stakes contexts.
8. Payments and refunds
Payment terms are stated on the relevant checkout page, invoice, or agreement. Unless a separate written refund policy applies, payments for completed strategy, implementation, setup, custom development, and consulting work are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Genesis Labs retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, methods, know-how, and reusable components. Upon full payment, you receive the rights described in your agreement or proposal for custom deliverables created specifically for your business.
10. Third-party services
Our work may integrate with third-party platforms such as hosting providers, payment processors, AI model providers, CRMs, messaging platforms, analytics tools, or social networks. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, pricing, limits, and availability.
11. Confidentiality
We treat non-public client materials shared for an engagement as confidential and use them only to provide or support the requested services, except where disclosure is required by law or authorized by you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genesis Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above shows when the latest version took effect. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
